BIMA Awards 2026 – Finalist, Trailblazers
The BIMA Awards are the UK's longest-standing digital and tech awards, run by BIMA, the British Interactive Media Association, which has championed the UK's digital industry since 1985. They are open to agencies of every size, in-house teams and technology providers, and are judged on original thinking and impact rather than budget. Entries sit in three areas of British digital ingenuity – Campaign, Product, and Sectors & Special Categories – across more than 20 categories.
Judging happens in two rounds: first online, then in person at panels across the UK, with judges drawn from BIMA's membership of agencies, brands and technology partners. The 2026 shortlist was announced on 24 September 2026 under the theme "Eclecticity", celebrating the range, originality and unexpected brilliance of British digital work. Webflow is the headline sponsor.
Promotool.ai has been named a finalist in Trailblazers, BIMA's future-impact and R&D category, which is judged on innovation alone. The entry appears on the official list as "POD LDN – Promo Tool", submitted by POD LDN Network with Umbrella Collective. Bronze, Silver and Gold will be revealed at the BIMA Awards ceremony in London on Thursday 19 November 2026.

Proud member of the DPP
The DPP is the media industry's technology intelligence network: a membership organisation that publishes research and analysis on media technology and brings together senior leaders from hundreds of studios, broadcasters, streamers, technology companies and service providers across the UK, Europe and the USA.
It began in 2011 as the Digital Production Partnership, an informal collaboration between the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 to accelerate the move to an end-to-end digital supply chain. The partnership created the UK's common file-based delivery specifications and the forum that came with them proved too valuable to end, so in 2015 the DPP was formalised as a membership organisation. It expanded into the USA and continental Europe, broadened its focus from broadcast to all forms of video, and in 2022 became fully independent of its founding broadcasters, which remain members today.
Promotool.ai is a member company of the DPP. Membership gives our team access to the DPP's insight reports, events and member network, and keeps our product development close to the broadcasters, streamers and technology partners we build for.
